Customer Reviews:
So close, but not quite there.January 7, 2008 Got these about a month ago from the local dealer. I agree with the previous reviewer, the fit and finish are great. Until recently, I had only ridden in the high 40s with the gloves on, and they were almost too warm, even turned off. I was itching for a chance to try them on a truly chilly day. The day came, and the temperature was a chilly 28 or so. Took them out for a short jaunt around town (never above 45mph) and tried the gloves on high. The good news was that the tops of my hands and all my fingers were comfortable. The bad news was that the outside of my thumbs were freezing. It almost made me doubt there were heating elements in the thumbs at all. I ride a cruiser, and have no wind blocking for my hands, that probably would help. A this point though, I'd be a bit hesitant to recommend them to a friend.
TourMaster Synergy GlovesDecember 17, 2007 I read a few good reviews on these gloves so I bought a pair. Comfort, fit, and finish are all ok. However, these gloves kept my hands from being uncomfortable but they were still cold. And my thumbs WERE uncomfortable. I ride an 04 GoldWing with Tulsa shields that block a lot of wind from my hands but in the low to mid 40's they never got past *slightly* warm. I have emailed TourMaster and hope to have a response soon. I'm hoping I have a bad controller or something because I like the gloves other than the "little or no heat" problem.
