Great BuyMarch 21, 2010 E. J. KOZAK(Florida) Bought a couple of sizes larger, 3XL, than I normally would based upon the other reviews and it fits as though it was tailor made for me at 6'3" 230lbs. Have only been in cold heavy rains, but it kept me dry except for the crotch. I think there's a learning curve on properly using the flaps which will stop the problem.

The suit really is quality built reguardless of price and I think the sizing chart is perfect. I am 6'2", 200lbs. and usually buy everything XL but went up to 2XL so I'd have room for winter wear under it. It was almost too big. I got a chance to try it out two days after it arrived. It was about 45 degrees (F) and a steady rain yet the suit held its own (it held my own too). Not only was I dry but the windproofing helped retain the heat I needed to be comfortable on my 45 minute ride. I wood suggest this for winter riding also, of course you'll still need some warm layers underneath.

Hi stay in Cape Town South Africa, also known as the cape of storms. We get gale force winds and lots and lots of rain here. This suit has kept me completely dry. Usually with other rain suits I would still get wet on my upper legs, but this suit kept me dry driving through heavy rainfalls for 45 minutes. This is a well designed suit, and so far i'm very happy with it.

As most have said, this does keep you dry... at least from outside water.
I used this for the first time when there was a good chance for a rain shower and about 65 outside. I stopped for about 5 minutes to talk with a friend, during which I opened it up as far as was practical, but I was still soaked with sweat before leaving. Yes we were outside - I never even got off the bike.
At least it blocked the wind so I didn't freeze my *** off during the ride back home.
This is a five star suit if it's between 30 and 60 and you don't have to stop anywhere. Minus three stars for having that kind of unknown disclaimer. I'll add one back for having a sweet price tag.
